However, if you are a mac user and want to play Sony A55 AVCHD 1080/50i video with Quicktime Player, you'll find that Quicktime Player keeps displaying "error code - 2048" which means this .MTS format is not supported by Quicktime Player.

Follow the steps below, and you may enjoy the A55 AVCHD videos on Mac computer with QuickTime Player.
Step 1. Load Sony A55 videos to Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac.
