Best Way to Burn Sony/Canon/Panasonic MTS/M2TS to DVD on Windows 7

When you buy HD camcorder from manufacturers like Sony, Panasonic and Canon, you may find the bundled CD with software to work on Windows computer to download photos and videos from camcorder to computer.
