An easy-to-use alternative editing tool to edit AVCDH (TS, MTS or M2TS) on Windows
Often, you may want to edit ACVHD files from your AVCHD camcorders after a wonderful vacation or an interesting festival. And even if you have installed some certain editing software application, you usually have to use a powerful MTS/M2TS Converter to convert ACVHD files (TS, MTS or M2TS) to those compatible formats to your editing software since the format AVCHD can not read by most of editing software now. If there is another alternative way to edit AVCDH files with only one tool, why not try it?
Here I will share with you the easy-solution to edit AVCHD (TS, MTS or M2TS) with only one tool called Moyea MTS/M2TS Converter.
First of all, free download this MTS/M2TS Converter here, install and run it. Then you can add the ACVHD files you want to edit into this AVCHD editing tool by clicking the “Add” button on the main interface.
Once all the AVCHD files are loaded, you can specify the HD file you want to edit and then click the “Edit” button next to the “Add” button. An editing window will pop up as below:
From the editing window, you can see some editing bars and buttons on it which is designed to help users to edit video for their reference.
Crop Video:
If you want to crop the unwanted parts of the AVCDH file, you can click the “Crop” button and then drag the frame around the video or set the crop values: Left, Top, Width and Height to realize it.
Trim Video:
If you want to split the AVCHD file to several clips, just click the “Trim” button next the “Crop” button to split the current video by dragging the start time slider to set the start time, and dragging the end time slider to set the finish time or by directly typing the start time, the end time and the length on the blank box.
Text watermark and Image/Video Watermark:
If you want to add some special logos on your video, you can click the “Text Watermark” button or the “Image/Video Watermark” button to make it. Before you type the text you need or add image or video you like you have to tick the “Enable” box to active the function.
Effect:
If you want to add special effects on your video you can click the “Effect” button and then set brightness, contrast, and saturation or select the effect from the drop-down list “Effect” to meet your need. In addition, you can remove interlaces of AVCHD video by ticking the box “Deinterlacing” to realize it.
Audio Replace:
If you want to make your own MKV or just add some sound or audio you like to your video, just click the “Audio Replace” button and then tick the “Enable” box to active it. After that you can add the sound or audio file you like to your video from here.
Once all the settings are done, you can click the “OK” to save the editing settings and then you can convert the “Convert” button to start AVCHD conversion on the main interface. Or you can select output format you need from the drop-down list “Format” as well as set location from the “Output” before converting.
