Perfect Cutter and Joiner-Easy Cut/Merge 1080p/50 MTS from SD700 without Losing Quality

"I have a Panasonic SD 700 and 1080p/50 resolution, notebook with Windows 7 (64bit) and 6GB RAM. I have tried to merge my 208 recordings with the Panasonic SD 700   attached software - HD Writer AE version 2.1 software.  This software does allow for importing 1080/50p footage. And I merged them in groups of 4-10 on the actual HD Writer Edit timeline. Unfortunately, every time we tried performing this action the software crashed after about 15 minutes into the conversion process. I tried to use tsSplitter, When i merge all files in one step to one, it stops after 75% file write. Yesterday i merge in first step the
parts 0..128 and 129..208 to two files. With such two merged MTS files, when I play them with Cyberlink PowerDVD 10, I found there is a gap of nearly 1 second between every screen, the last picture from ended screen is frozen for 1 second and sound is continuous without interrupt.

In shot, I’m not satisfied with the output results. So any one who can help me cut and join the 1080p/50 MTS file from Panasonic SD 700 without recoding."

1080p/50 MTS from SD 700 is a non-standard AVCHD format, many software in the market can not handle this format well. But nowadays, I frequently see a software which claimed to be the perfect camcorder mate for Panasonic SD 700, and it is very easily and perfectly in processing 1080p/50 MTS cutting and merging. Below is the quick step-by-step guide to cut/merge 1080/50p AVCHD videos from Panasonic SD700 on this perfect camcorder mate, and keep files unaltered with lossless output.

Step 1. Capture videos from camcorder SD700.
Run Aunsoft Final Mate as perfect Cutter and Joiner for Panasonic SD700 without recoding, connect Panasonic SD700 to PC via USB cable. You will face the pop-up message asking you to use camcorder wizard or not. If you do not get the message, just click the Wizard button. Click Yes, you will face the window like below. Click Next and get the window with .mts or .m2ts files listed. Select some files and click Start, you will be asked to create a single movie or one movie for each file.

Step 2. Join SD700 MTS files into one with no recompression.
Click the Add movie button, and a movie for lossless output will be created by default. Select the MTS files you would like to join into one file from the Camcorder tab, drag and drop to the movie.

Step 3. Cut Panasonic 1080/50p AVCHD in frame accuracy.
Click on the timeline for the timepoint you want to cut the video. Alternatively, you can use the Goto option to enter the timepoint.
Play the video and pause at the frame to split video. The Previous Frame button and the Next Frame button will help you position the right frame for cutting.

Click the scissor icon as the Split button, then click on the segment on timeline you want to remove, and click the Delete button to get the content you want on timeline.

Step 4. Lossless output .MTS without losing quality.
Click the Export button. As there is no video for conversion, just click the OK button for lossless output.

The lossless output will be finished in a few seconds or minutes. Try it yourself for the fast AVCHD joining and cutting with frame accuracy without recoding.
