Best Canon MTS Merger - Join Canon HF S10, HF M30 Movies into One

My friend used Canon HF S10 to record , and I would like to join the video clips from his camcorder and my video clips from the new HF M30. There is Pixela ImageMixer 3 SE on the Canon disc.
