Last week, I held my wedding party and my friend recorded these memorable and excited moments with my Panasonic HDC-HS700. Thanks to its high capacity of 240GB HDD, my friend shot every minutes of my wedding. Now for better sharing with my friends and relatives, I would like to do some editing to these 1080p MTS video files via Pinnacle. But 1080/60p MTS video is not included its editable video formats list. So I have to look for a program which is able to transcode it and make it editable in Pinnacle Studio.
I am luck enough to get Aunsoft MTS Converter which is recommended by my friend. This program is really a nice Panasonic HS700 1080p MTS Converter which helps me a lot.
To demonstrate how to use this software, I show you guys the step by step guide to convert Panasonic HS700 MTS files to Pinnacle Studio WMV.
Step 1. Load Panasonic MTS videos to Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter.
Transfer .mts files from Panasonic HS700 camcorder to computer via USB cable. Run this software and click the "Add" button to load .mts videos.
Step 2. Choose to output HD WMV.
Click the "Format" option, and choose HD Video > WMV HD(*.wmv) for converting Panasonic HDC-HS700 1080/60p MTS to WMV. The Panasonic HS700 MTS converter also keeps the 5.1 channels from HS700 by default.
Step 3. Convert Panasonic HS700 MTS to WMV for Pinnacle Studio.
Click the convert button at the bottom-right corner, the HS700 MTS to Pinnacle WMV converter will start converting 1080/60p MTS to HD WMV in 1920x1080 for importing to Pinnacle Studio.
Once this conversion is completed, you can import converted MWV video files into Pinnacle Studio for further editing.
