How to Quickly and Easily Rip Extras from Blu-ray DVD?

Some Blu-ray disc or DVD disc may include trailers, promote montage, deleted scenes, making-of as the extras on disc. It makes the disc more attractive than ordinary videos. We would like to rip extras from Blu-ray disc and DVD disc, so that we can enjoy them.
